Very unassuming, fairly priced, and perfectly located for transit to and from Newark, Sonesta Suites in Parsippany is a great place to stay with the family. The facilities are clean, the staff is extremely nice, the breakfast is to the point, with many options for kids, and the pool is small, which makes it perfect for kids. We were there in the spring, so everything around us was green and lush. Even though the property is located close to the highway, it's far enough so there is zero noise. Like any suburban area in New Jersey, a car is needed for everything, but surprisingly, walking around the hotel in the morning is very nice. They even let us check out late on our last day.

I stayed here to attend New York Fashion Week with my team and this venue was a great option compared to staying in the city. Check-in was a breeze. The staff was friendly. The accommodations were clean and welcoming. I submitted a room request and they were able to fulfill it. I loved having a kitchen! Breakfast was tasty. (The machine made pancakes for us!) I did not use the business center during my stay, but I did catch a glimpse and it was nice.

It's hard to find a place with three beds (girlfriend, kid and myself) at a decent price, and the 2-bedroom suite was perfect. We were traveling to NJ for my father's interment, and I asked to have access to the suite until 1:00 (normal checkout is 11:00 so my kid, my girlfriend and I could change afterwards before driving back to VA; the staff was able to accommodate us.

There was an issue with the building where our room was located and the hotel manager called us before we got there to make arrangements for when we arrived. The room we originally booked was available by the time we got to the hotel and was perfect for our 5 person family. The hotel was quiet and in a convenient and easy to get to location.
